Cancellation policy

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

1.1 Cancelling Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@trymaxxing.com with your order number and a request to cancel.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

We process orders the next business day, so we encourage you to contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation of orders already in the fulfillment process.

1.2 Cancellation Confirmation

If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

1.3 Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped and you no longer wish to keep the product, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions. You may return products within 30 days of delivery under our money-back guarantee, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

2. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically and bill on the schedule of your plan: every 45 days for the 45-Day Supply and every 90 days for the 90-Day Supply. Your payment method is charged at each renewal until you cancel. The renewal price, billing frequency, and these terms are disclosed at checkout, and you consent to them when you place your subscription order.

2.1 How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Online: Log in to your account at trymaxxing.com, navigate to your subscription settings, and click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to support@trymaxxing.com with your name, email address, and order details
  • Phone: Call us at (315) 778-2172 during business hours

Cancellation is as easy as sign-up. We will never require you to call to cancel if you signed up online.

2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

If you cancel your subscription before the next billing date, no further charges will be applied. You will continue to receive any orders that have already been processed or shipped prior to your cancellation.

If a renewal charge has already been processed at the time of your cancellation but the order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund (see Section 2.5). If the order has already shipped, it will be delivered and you may return it under our Refund Policy.

2.3 Billing Reminders

We will send you a reminder email before each subscription renewal is processed, giving you the opportunity to modify, pause, skip, or cancel before the next charge.

2.4 Modifying, Pausing, or Skipping a Shipment

You may modify your subscription (change products, adjust quantity, update shipping address), pause it, or skip an upcoming shipment at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@trymaxxing.com. Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming cycle.

2.5 Refunds for Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel your subscription after a renewal charge has been processed but before the order has shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.

3. PROMOTIONAL AND TRIAL OFFERS

If you signed up for a promotional offer, discounted trial, or introductory pricing that converts to a regular subscription, the terms of the promotion (including billing frequency, amount, and duration) will be clearly disclosed before you provide payment information. You may cancel at any time following the instructions above.

4. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

MAXXING LLC reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
