Refund policy

1. OUR 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
At MAXXING LLC, every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery. This applies even if the product has been opened and used. You cannot know whether a product works for you without using it, and our guarantee reflects that.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is provided
Both unopened and opened products are eligible under our guarantee.
If your purchase qualified for a free gift or promotional item (for example, a free Face Massager or a free full-size gift), the gift must be included with your return of the qualifying purchase.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Final sale or promotional items (clearly designated as such at the time of purchase)
- Gift cards
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@trymaxxing.com
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund
5. HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@trymaxxing.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. That is all we need. You are welcome to tell us why, and it helps us improve, but it is not required.
Do not ship returns without prior authorization. After we confirm your request, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. MAXXING LLC is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
7. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive your return:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of the date we receive the returned item
- Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider
8. RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge restocking fees.
9. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at support@trymaxxing.com. We process orders the next business day, so contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee cancellation of orders already in the fulfillment process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled; please use the return process above instead.
11. FAIR USE
Our guarantee exists so you can try MAXXING risk-free, and we keep it generous by keeping it fair. We monitor return activity, and we reserve the right to decline returns or restrict account privileges in cases of frequent, excessive, or suspicious return requests.
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
MAXXING LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
