Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING TERRITORY
MAXXING LLC currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States will not be processed.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare and ship your order, and does not include transit time.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.
3. SHIPPING METHODS, CARRIERS, AND COSTS
We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier and shipping method available for your order will depend on your location, order size, and weight.
Available shipping options and their associated costs will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on:
• Delivery address
• Package size and weight
• Selected shipping method
We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time at our discretion. Free shipping promotions, when available, apply to standard shipping within the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. The following are general estimates and are not guarantees:
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)
• Express/Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (when available)
Delivery timelines begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, and other factors outside our control.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@trymaxxing.com.
6. SHIPPING DELAYS
MAXXING LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Carrier delays or service disruptions
• Weather conditions or natural disasters
• Customs delays (for territories such as Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.)
• High-volume periods (holidays, promotional events)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
7. PO BOX AND APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES
We ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimates. Expedited and express shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
8. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. MAXXING LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@trymaxxing.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of any damage to the product or packaging
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Claims submitted beyond 7 days of the expected delivery date may not be eligible for review.
10. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
For orders exceeding a certain value, we may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If a signature is required, you will be notified at checkout or via email. If the carrier is unable to obtain a signature, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
MAXXING LLC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
