1. SHIPPING POLICY
1.1 Shipping Territory
MAXXING currently shipping within the US and Canada only. International shipping is on the roadmap — follow @trymaxxing for updates on when we expand.
1.2 Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, U.S. and CA federal holidays.
Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include transit time.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
1.3 Shipping Methods and Carriers
We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers. Shipping methods and carriers may vary depending on location, order size, and availability.
Specific carrier names and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout once finalized.
1.4 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:
- Delivery location
- Order size and weight
- Selected shipping method
Shipping is free on orders over $150!
1.5 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. All delivery timelines are estimates only and not guarantees.
MAXXING is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
1.6 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
1.7 Incorrect Shipping Information
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, absolutely — email support@trymaxxing.com ASAP with your order number and new address. Once it’s shipped, we can’t redirect it, but we’ll help you figure out next steps.
MAXXING is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
1.8 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@trymaxxing.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and supporting documentation.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
2. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
2.1 Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day window on all products. If you're not seeing progress, not feeling the results, or it's just not for you — reach out to support@trymaxxing.com and we'll make it right. We stand behind everything we sell because the science works, but we also want you to feel confident trying anything in the lineup.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products (serums, creams)
- Opened supplements (capsules or powder)
- Used or damaged items due to customer handling
- Final sale or promotional items (if designated as such)
- Gift cards (if applicable)
2.3 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@maxxing.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Return instructions will be provided after review and approval.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
2.5 Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
Refunds may be reduced for products returned damaged, used, or incomplete.
2.6 Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
2.7 Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
3. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting support@trymaxxing.com.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

MAXXING reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
