At MAXXING INC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may return products and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

2.1 General Return Conditions

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

• Product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

• Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) is provided

2.2 Unopened Products

Unopened products in original, sealed packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in this policy.

2.3 Opened Products

Supplements (capsules and powders): For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplement products are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Skincare products (serums and creams): For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products with broken seals are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2.4 Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@trymaxxing.com

• Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging

• We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

• Opened or used supplement products (capsules, powders)

• Opened skincare products (serums, creams) with broken seals

• Items damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage

• Final sale or promotional items (clearly designated as such at the time of purchase)

• Gift cards

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To request a return, email us at support@trymaxxing.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for the return

• Photos of the item and packaging (required for damaged or defective claims)

Do not ship returns without prior authorization. After we review and approve your request, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

5. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or an error on our part:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. MAXXING INC is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

6. REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your approved return:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

• Refund processing may take up to 5-10 business days from the date we receive the returned item

• Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds may be reduced or denied for products returned in a condition that does not meet our return requirements (e.g., opened, used, damaged by customer, missing components).

7. RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.

8. EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at support@trymaxxing.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the return process outlined above.

10. POLICY ABUSE

We monitor return activity to ensure fair use of this policy. Frequent, excessive, or suspicious return requests may be reviewed, and we reserve the right to decline future returns or restrict account privileges in cases of policy abuse.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

MAXXING INC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
