MAXXING $3,000 GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The MAXXING $3,000 Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by MAXXING LLC, 137 East Main Street, STE 7, Gouverneur, NY 13642, United States ("Sponsor"). The Promotion is administered by Sponsor.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on May 18, 2026. Entries close upon announcement during the live RBT broadcast on June 12, 2026, but in no event later than 11:59 p.m. ET on June 12, 2026 (collectively, the "Promotion Period"). Entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and the ten (10) Canadian provinces, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry, whichever is greater).

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households (whether related or not) of any such individuals are not eligible to enter or win.

The Promotion is void in the Province of Quebec and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period, visit trymaxxing.com/giveaway and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your name, a valid email address, and the correct answer to a mathematical skill-testing question administered through the SweepWidget platform (the "Skill-Testing Question"). Submitting your email and correctly answering the Skill-Testing Question constitutes one (1) entry into the Promotion. Entries cannot be submitted without correctly answering the Skill-Testing Question. See Section 9 below for additional terms.

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive marketing communications from MAXXING. You may unsubscribe at any time without affecting your entries.

Bonus Entries. After completing the base entry, entrants may earn additional entries (each, a "Bonus Entry") by completing any of the following optional actions, each of which counts as one (1) additional entry:

Sharing or reposting the Promotion announcement on a public social-media account

Bonus Entries are tracked through SweepWidget, the third-party giveaway-management platform. Entrants are responsible for verifying that their actions are correctly recorded. Each entrant may earn a maximum of five (5) Bonus Entries during the Promotion Period, for a maximum total of six (6) entries per entrant (one (1) base entry plus up to five (5) Bonus Entries).

5. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address. Multiple base entries from the same person, email address, IP address, or household will be void. Use of any robotic, automated, programmed, or similar entry method will void all entries by that entrant. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or otherwise acting in violation of these Official Rules.

6. Prizes

Three (3) prizes will be awarded. Each Prize consists of:

Five hundred United States dollars (US$500.00) in cash, paid by electronic transfer or check at Sponsor's discretion; and

Five hundred United States dollars (US$500.00) in MAXXING store credit, applied as a one-time, non-transferable account credit at trymaxxing.com. Store credit does not expire, has no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with certain other promotions.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize: US$1,000.00. Total ARV of all Prizes: US$3,000.00.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable. No substitution or cash equivalent will be permitted, except by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, due to unavailability, in which case a Prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection

On June 12, 2026, during the live RBT broadcast hosted at trymaxxing.com, Sponsor (or its designated representative) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select three (3) potential winners (the "Potential Winners") and three (3) alternates. The drawing will be conducted live using a random-number-generator function within the SweepWidget platform.

Each entry has an equal probability of being selected. Bonus Entries increase the entrant's total number of entries in the drawing pool but do not increase the weight of any individual entry.

The on-stream announcement of names during the live broadcast is provisional and does not constitute final winner confirmation. Sponsor will conduct an eligibility verification, including a fraud audit, on each Potential Winner following the live drawing. Entries that fail the eligibility verification will be disqualified, and an alternate will be drawn.

9. Mathematical Skill-Testing Question

In compliance with Canadian law, all entrants must correctly answer, without mechanical or other aid, a mathematical skill-testing question administered through the SweepWidget platform at the time of entry submission. The Skill-Testing Question is a multi-part arithmetic problem involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and/or division. Entries cannot be submitted without correctly answering the Skill-Testing Question. By submitting an entry, the entrant affirms that the Skill-Testing Question was answered without mechanical or other aid.

10. Winner Notification and Claim Process

Potential Winners will be announced live during the RBT broadcast on June 12, 2026, and contacted privately by email and/or direct message to the social-media account used to enter, on or before June 13, 2026. Public confirmation of the three (3) confirmed winners will be made following completion of the eligibility-verification process described below, across MAXXING's social-media channels and email list.

Each Potential Winner must respond to the private notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the date and time of notification. Failure to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, return any required documentation within the time specified, comply with these Official Rules, or accept the Prize as awarded will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Each Potential Winner will be required to sign and return, within seven (7) days of notification, an Eligibility Affidavit, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (collectively, the "Winner Release"). The Winner Release will be provided in electronic form and may be signed electronically; notarization is not required. If the Winner Release is not received within the specified time period, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected.

The on-stream announcement of names is provisional. Final winner confirmation occurs upon completion of all eligibility verification, including the receipt of a fully signed Winner Release.

11. Conditions of Prize Acceptance

All federal, state, provincial, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. United States winners receiving total Prize value of US$600 or more in a calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC and are responsible for any associated income-tax liability. Canadian winners are responsible for any taxes imposed under Canadian or provincial law. Each winner will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (United States winners) or IRS Form W-8BEN (Canadian winners) before the cash portion of any Prize is disbursed.

Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen Prize, or any Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of incorrect or changed contact information. If a winner cannot be reached after reasonable effort, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate selected.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, each winner consents to the use of his or her first name, last initial, city and state or province of residence, photograph, voice, likeness, statements, biographical information, and Prize information for promotional, advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes by Sponsor, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. General Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, SweepWidget, RBT (Radical Body Transformations), Toronto Pro SuperShow, the platforms used to promote the Promotion (including Meta Platforms, Inc., TikTok, X Corp., and Discord, Inc.), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Promotion; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize; (c) any technical, hardware, software, network, internet, telephone, electronic-communications, or transmission failure or malfunction of any kind; (d) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Promotion, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; (e) any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Promotion; or (f) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical, hardware, software, telephone, electronic-communication, network, internet, or other failures of any kind, or for any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. By entering, entrants agree that the Released Parties' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion is limited to the ARV of the Prize.

14. Privacy

All personal information submitted in connection with the Promotion will be collected, used, and disclosed by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at trymaxxing.com/pages/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and in these Official Rules.

15. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, by entering, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, or any Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Canadian residents agree that any dispute, claim, or cause of action shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of the entrant's province of residence apply.

16. Termination and Modification

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prizes from among the eligible entries received before the action that caused such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, the terms of any social-media platform, or any applicable law. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Winners List and Official Rules

Requests for the winners' names must be received by September 1, 2026.

18. Platform Disclaimer

The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Discord, Meta Platforms, Inc., or SweepWidget. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to any of these platforms. By entering, each entrant releases each of these platforms from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
