5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and cancellation request.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, so we recommend reaching out immediately.
6. Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
No. Once an order has been picked, packed, and handed off to the shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already shipped and you no longer want the product, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery under our Refund Policy.
7. How will I know if my cancellation was successful?
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive confirmation, your order may already be in the fulfillment process.
8. How long does it take to receive my refund after cancellation?
If your cancellation is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement
RETURNS & REFUNDS
1. What’s your return policy?
30-day return window from delivery date. Products must be unopened and in original condition. Opened supplements can’t be returned for health and safety reasons.
2. How do I start a return?
Email support@trymaxxing.com with your order number. We’ll confirm eligibility and give you the return shipping address. Once we receive the product back, your refund processes within 3–5 business days.
3. I opened the product but it’s not working for me. Can I still return it?
We offer a 30-day window on all products. If you're not seeing progress, not feeling the results, or it's just not for you — reach out to support@trymaxxing.com and we'll make it right. We stand behind everything we sell because the science works, but we also want you to feel confident trying anything in the lineup.
4. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days to show in your account.
5. My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
That’s on us. Snap a photo of the damaged product and packaging, then email it to support@trymaxxing.com with your order number. We’ll ship a replacement right away — no need to send the damaged item back.
6. I received the wrong product.
Sorry about that. Email support@trymaxxing.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll get the correct item shipped out to you ASAP.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
1. How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are dynamic — they are be built around your AI quiz results, where we create a personalized stack tailored to your routine (choose from three budget tiers: Essentials, Alpha Maxxing, or Omega Maxxing). They can also be based on a stack you build yourself or individual products you choose to subscribe to. Everything is personalized. Your products ship automatically each month so you never run out, and everything stays in sync with your protocol.
2. Can I pause or skip a month?
Yep. Log into your account at trymaxxing.com/account and manage it from there. You can skip a month, pause your subscription, or adjust your shipping frequency anytime.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your account portal at trymaxxing.com/account. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
4. Can I switch subscription tiers?
Absolutely. Manage tier changes through your account portal, or email support@trymaxxing.com and we’ll handle it!
5. When will I be charged?
You’re billed on the same date each month based on when you first subscribed. You can check your next billing date anytime in your account portal.
PRODUCT USAGE
1. How much creatine should I take?
Take 1 scoop (5g) daily as directed on the label. Take it at the same time every day for consistency. No loading phase needed — just stay consistent.
2. When should I take Chill Pill (Ashwagandha)?
Take 1 capsule daily with food. May cause drowsiness, use caution when operating machinery. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
3. How long until I see results?
Most routines benefit from consistent use. Individual results may vary. Stick with it.

1. How does the quiz work?
It's our AI-Powered Assessment — a quick quiz about your goals, the issues you're dealing with, and where you're at in your optimization journey. Based on your answers, it builds a personalized stack with the exact products that should be in your routine. Choose from three budget tiers: Essentials (most budget-friendly), Alpha Maxxing, or Omega Maxxing.
2. Is the quiz free?
100% free. Zero pressure to buy anything!
3. Can I retake the quiz?
As many times as you want. Your goals change, your routine should too.
DISCOUNT CODES & PAYMENT
1. My discount code isn’t working — what do I do?
Double-check the code is typed correctly and hasn’t expired. Some codes can’t be combined with other discounts or subscription pricing. If it still won’t work, email support@trymaxxing.com with the code and a screenshot and we’ll sort it out.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our Shopify checkout.
3. Is my payment information secure?
Your payment info is handled by Shopify’s secure checkout — we never see or store your full card details. Shopify is PCI DSS compliant, which is the highest standard for payment security.
ACCOUNT & COMMUNITY
1. How do I join the Discord community?
Everyone gets access to our Discord. Omega subscribers get a VIP role! You’ll receive an invite link in your welcome email after subscribing. If you can’t find it, email support@trymaxxing.com and we’ll send a fresh invite.
2. What’s the Omega Maxx tool reshipping benefit?
Omega Maxx subscribers can request replacement tools up to 2 times per year through a private ticket in Discord. Tools wear out with use — we keep you stocked.
